自分らしく自分に正直に強く生きたい。そう願っていても現実はそうたやすく今の自分を認めてくれないかもしれない。それでも最期の瞬間まで自分らしく美しく生きることの意味を見つめていきたい。この時代こつこつとした努力の報われない時代に、何を支えに生きてゆけばよいのか？この答えは実はあなたの中にあるのです。そういう気づきを与えてくれる本です。道に迷った時にひもとき、著者の考えに誘発され、自分なりの答えを見つけられれば良いのではないかと思います。

氏の過去の書籍を読んだことのある方なら、ダイジェストとして。
また、お読みでない方には、心のサプリメントとして最高の一冊になると思います。　温かさと穏やかさと、思いやりに満ちています。
ボリュームは軽く出来ていますので、読みやすいとおもいますが、内容は、ものすごく厚いですよ。
