ヒーリングの本で英語の勉強ができればと思い購入しました（CDの前半３０分はワイス博士の声ですべて英語で語られているので）。ワイス博士の声ももちろん良かったのですが、意外にも後半３０分の山川亜希子さんの日本語での誘導に思わず涙が出ました。英語のヒアリングもヒーリングもできる素晴らしい一冊です。この値段は本当に安いです。

「前世療法」を読んだ方なら誰しも「ワイス博士のセッションを受けてみたい！」と思ったのでは。そんな体験をさせてくれるのがこの瞑想ＣＤブックです。ワイス博士の生の声は、たとえ英語がわからなくとも彼の暖かさや心地よさを感じることが出来ます。
そしてきちんとイメージをして瞑想したい方には、彼の本の翻訳を担当していた山川亜希子さんによって日本語訳されたものも入っています。どちらも約30分ずつ、たっぷり入っており気分で選べるので手軽に瞑想にチャレンジしたい方にもオススメです。
ちなみに、私は極度の不眠に悩まされていたのですが、この本が薬とおさらばするきっかけになりました。実は、意識の中で最後までまともにＣＤを聞いたことがありません！　そのくらい心地よいものです。今ではリラックスするために使っています。本にはストレスについての解釈や心休まる写真が。ずっと手元においておきたい一冊になりました。

たくさんある精神世界の本の中で、瞑想に誘導してもらうには、
とても効果のあるCDでした。
私は本の中のマイルドな写真は、穏やかな落ち着いた自分を取り戻し、静かに瞑想に入っていく導入部でした。

ワイス博士による英語のヴァイヴレーションもいいし、山川亜希子さんのはっきりとした意志ある誘導も、
確かにそこへ連れて行ってくれます。
何も考えずに、呼吸に深く深く集中しながら、指示に無理なく添って瞑想できた時、
本当にリラックスと安寧の只中に入って行きます。
それはそれは、とても気持ちの良い体験でした。

その体験に浸り込んで命の息吹や生かされていることに感謝が沸いてきて、今晩もまた瞑想にTRYします。
今までは自分を整えるために、「瞑想しなくっちゃあ。」といった感覚でしたが、瞑想が楽しみになってきました。

そして「それは、本当です。」(山川亜希子さんの口調で、）
