私のような料理をしないような女が、「料理できるようになろう！」と一念発起したときに手に取ると良い本だ。料理をしない女というのは、やはり男女差別をやめろと言われても、致命的なことのように思える。私も男だったら、料理できない女は嫁にもらいたくない。とにかく、料理しないので、目玉焼きや玉子焼きすらキレイに焼く方法を知らないのである。そんな料理からカラー写真で丁寧にレシピが書かれていて、「あぁ、私にでもカンタンにできそう！」と思わせる本である。また、料理のキソ知識も判りやすく書かれている。「このまま料理できないまま嫁にいけない！」「彼氏に何も作ってあげることができない！」「男だけど、ひとり暮らしで料理を始めたい！」そんな方が手に取るといいのではないでしょうか。
