　ビジネス実務法務検定試験主催の東京商工会議所編纂の公式テキストです。
2級では、民法、会社法を中心に、独占禁止法、知的財産法、労働法など、ビジネスに深く
関わる法律について、3級で学んだ知識の応用力が問われます。そのため、事例形式の問題
も含まれます。
　2級公式テキストは、3級程度の知識を有することを前提に書かれているので、初学者の方
は3級で基礎を固めてから、2級へステップされることをオススメします。3級の学習の際に
しっかりと基礎を固めることができれば、2級の勉強がスムーズに進みますよ。
　
　勉強方法としては、2級公式問題集を中心に勉強すると良いでしょう。公式テキストは、
図表が少なく、ひたすら文字の羅列で読んでいて決しておもしろいものでは無いと思い
ますし・・・
　私は本書を一通りさらっと読んだ後に公式問題集に取り掛かり、理解できていなかった
箇所は、解説をじっくり読み、さらに解説には公式テキストの該当箇所が書かれているの
で、公式テキストに立ち返り、マーカーを引くなどして理解を深めました。

2007年12月に合格しました。
勉強法としては、この公式テキストを一通り読む→公式問題集を一通り解く→前日にTACの一問一答を購入して2回転する。
という感じで勉強しました。90点取れていたので、十分じゃないでしょうか。
3級はテキストなしで合格しましたが、やっぱり2級はテキストが無いと辛いと思います。
