経営学についてざっくりと広く触れており、入門書としては最適。
競争戦略の説明などの際、若い人々にもよく知られている身近な企業を例にあげており非常に読みやすい。
専門用語について詳しい説明がなされており読みやすいので、
今春から経営学部（経済学部でも）に進学する予定の人にはぜひお勧めしたい。

経営学とは、その範囲は、どのようなことを研究するのか、どのような研究分野があるのか、などが分かる本です。

内容は、企業とは何か、経営戦略、株式会社の仕組み、日本の人事制度、競争戦略、人の管理、情報システムなどです。

アカデミックっぽいですが、非常に読みやすく、事例なども豊富で分かりやすい本でした。前提知識なしで読めました。

知識を伝えるというより、考え方や応用を考えさせる本でした。
