初学者にはお勧めできません。
ある程度の知識を前提としており、理論の基礎知識の体系化もされていません。
理論科目の過去問題をパターン毎に分類して説明しているだけです。
電気書院の「ニューこれだけシリーズ」は比較的説明が丁寧と好評ですが、
「これだけ理論」に関してだけはあまりお勧めできません。
私は実教出版の「電験三種徹底解説テキスト　理論」をお勧めします。

電験第３種の試験自体がかなり高度な試験のため、テキストの内容が難解なものになることは否定できない。
ただ「理論」については先に学ぶ「機械」「電気」の基礎ともなる部分なのでこの科目を避けて通ることはできない。
しかし「理論」の試験部門についても、一定の予備知識は不可欠。初心者はイキナリ電験のテキストから学習しだすよりも、より解説書的な書物から読み始めるのが正解だと思う。
基本的には、よいテキストだと思う。

頭がいい人にはわかるのかもしれませんが、私は頭悪いせいか解説をよく読んでも全然理解できませんでした。式が書いてあって次の式を見てもどう計算したのかを書かずに進まれ、全く理解できません。私の周りの人も分からないといっていました。私の様に頭が悪い人はやめた方がいいと思います。
