なーんか眠いし、面倒だし、シャワーだけで済ませちゃえ、という感じだった私のお風呂タイムですが、いろいろな楽しみ方があるということを教えてくれた本です。
入浴剤も、市販のものと思いがちですが、思わぬ素材を使って自分で作れるし、お風呂の中でお茶をしたり手紙を書いたり、お風呂を季節に合わせてイメージチェンジしたり…。

こんなお風呂タイムが楽しめる人なら、そりゃいくらでも入れるでしょうという感じです。

以来、私もしこたま入浴剤を買い込み、お風呂の時間が長くなりました（笑）

お風呂は単なる日常生活の一部だけだったのが、この本を読んで
お風呂の楽しみ方を知る事が出来て、お風呂が大好きになりました。
自分でオリジナル入浴剤を作ってみたり、音楽を聴いたり、読書しながら
半身浴の楽しんでみたりなど、お風呂を楽しむためのアイデアが盛り沢山です。

食事と同じように生活の一部のお風呂。せっかくだから、楽しんでみませんか？
お風呂が大好きになる事が間違いなしです♪
