タイムマネジメントと表題されていますが、実際に方法論や手法を説明しているのではなく、時間に対しての気持ちの切り替えや考え方を提唱している内容になっています。
著者の女性ならではの表現はとても読みやすく、数ページずつの章で区切られているのでビジネス書籍をあまり読んだことのない人にも取っつきやすいように思えます。
時間が無くて悩んでしまったり、ずっとずっと悩んでしまう時間が多くて他のことが手につきづらくなってしまったり、マイナスな気持ちをなかなか振り払えない不器用な人へおすすめです。

時間の活用が上手にできない人は多い。本書では、陽転思考のプラスの考えで、活動することにより、有効な時間の使い方ができる方法を、著者の今までの経験を踏まえて紹介されている。有用な一冊の本であり、参考になるところが多い。【参考：本書から学んだこと】１日は２４時間、２４時間を有効に使おうと思ったら、いちばんの優先順位は、まず取りかかること。神経質になると、その環境に負けてしまう。どんな環境にあっても、前に進まないと、限られた時間に何もできない。

不器用な人にこそ読んでほしいですね。効率よくするには「こうすれば良い」と書かれたものではなく「こうするのもいいんじゃない？私はこんな感じです」ぐらいの提案に近い感じを受ける。途中に会話文があったり間にコラムがあったりと、なによりやわらかい文章なので疲れることなく一気に読んでしまえる。「心が動かないと時間がいくらあっても無駄」というフレーズが一番実感ありましたね。
