粉の特徴や比較など、読み物としては面白いです。
ただ肝心のレシピは今ひとつでしょうか。シンプルな配合にこだわるあまり塩が多かった
り、副材料の量が多くて水分オーバーになるせいでふくらまなかったり。
りんごやかぼちゃのパンの「シナモン小さじ１」はどう考えても多過ぎです。

定番ではなく、変わったパンを焼いてみたいと思って購入しました。
選んだ物が悪かったのでしょうか、一つ目は山形にならずに真四角に、2つ目はふくらむどころか陥没しました。
定番パンを焼いてないのでわかりませんが、私にとってレシピ本としてはいまいちかな？
あと、レシピどおりに塩を入れてしまうと、「ほんのり甘い」と書かれているパンでも、しょっぱいです(^◇^;)

小麦粉比較などもあり、読み物としてはおもしろい本です。

ホームベーカリーで焼くパンのおいしいこと！これは色々と凝ってみたいと思い探しあてたのがこの本です。
とにかく美しくておいしいパンのレシピがたくさん。
週に2斤は焼いていますが、毎回違うレシピで楽しんでいます。
