身内が乳がんになって山田邦子の情報を探していたら見つけて購入しました。
非常に読みやすく、そして気持ちを正直に書いていて、
一区切りごとに担当医のインタビューがあったりと、
構成も申し分なく、入院グッズの紹介など、非常に細かいところまで行き届いた、
完成度の高い本だなと思いました。
がん発覚から、番組スタッフを通じて番組出演の先生のところへ、
そしてそこから日本一の病院へ紹介され。
山田邦子乳がん発覚から手術、病院での嫌な放射線治療の思い、
不安な気持ちなど、全てが書かれています。
放射線治療のところは、読んでいて非常に不快感を感じ、何が日本一の病院だ、
全然患者への気配りがなっていないじゃないか、などと思わされました。
日本一の病院などといっているけど分らないものですね。
本当の日本一の病院なら、そういう患者のプライバシーへの
配慮もなされているはずでしょう。

乳がんになっていない人も、乳がん患者も、全ての人にお勧めします。
それにも増して、何故この本が余り知られていないのでしょう。
とても素晴らしい本なのに、宣伝不足のためか、その点が残念です。

私も乳がん患者で、著者と同じ病院で手術を受け、現在も治療中です

読んでいて不快になったのは、「芸能人だから」という甘えがあちこちに感じられたからです

放射線治療も含め、たいてい治療には嫌な思いがついて回ります

だけど、私も皆さんも、それを我慢して乗り越えています

旦那さんに別荘をプレゼントされたとか…私たち乳がん患者が聞きたいのは、自慢話ではなく、等身大の乳がん患者の気持ちです

題名にあるような「一緒にがんばろう」という気持ちにはなれませんでした
