１　顧客に一番近いところからみる

２　製造現場における無駄
つくりすぎ
手持ち
運搬
加工そのもの
在庫
動作
不良を作る

これを、停滞、運搬、動作の３つに分類している。

３
「わかったか？」ではなく、「やれたか？」を確認すること。
頭で分かっただけでは、経営にならない。

４　常識を超える発想で常識を変える。
