映画がとても面白くて、原作も読んでみたくなって買いました。
映画と原作は、内容が少し違います。でもどちらも面白かったです。
解説は劇団ひとりのお父さんが書いています。解説といっても劇団ひとりのおいたちが、書かれていました。
高校は中退して、定時制に入学し直していました。もって学歴が高いと思っていたので、いがいでした.
解説も面白かったです。

読んでいる最初のうちは、文体も内容もtrivialだな〜と思って、なんて詰まんないだろう？と感じていましたが、個人的にモーゼのようなキャラは端から見る分には好きなので、かなり無理な伏線と再登場は、「お約束」にしても、面白く感じました。語りが女の子のチャプターは、なかなか筆が乗っててよかったように思います。ただ、総合的には、あんまり面白くない小説かな・・・。劇団ひとりさん自体はテレビで見てて面白いと思うんですがね(^0^)

私はすごく好感がもてました。
基本はやっぱりコントなんだと思います。
極端に誇張されたキャラクター。
独特の表現や言い回しによるストーリーとは関係のない小ネタ。
各篇に正しく？用意されている大オチ。
また、完全にやり過ぎ感のあるリンクも、《ぶん殴った男》や
《ジュピターさん》のキャラの変わりようも、
「いいかげんにしろ！」「キャラ変わり過ぎだろ！」のツッコミを
想定したボケのような気がします。

小説としては・・・と色々意見が分かれるかもしれません。
ただ、表紙には本名でもペンネームでもなく「劇団ひとり」と書かれています。
あくまでお笑い芸人「劇団ひとり」の本。私はそれを承知で買いました。
そしてこの本で受けた印象は、テレビなどから受ける著者の印象と、
良くも悪くも全く同じでした。　だから私はとても好感がもてました。
