このシリーズの特徴的なところは
人間が心につくりだす『防衛』について、たいへん詳しく語っているところでしょう。
、
人間が年齢を重ね、さまざまな傷を受けるにつれて
いかに真の自分を見失い、偽の自己を作り上げてしまうか。
心理学的な知見を交えて語られるそうした洞察に、本当に感心させられました。

とくにインナーチャイルドの概念がしっくり来る人には、宝物のようなシリーズです。

この下巻では、そうした心の防衛について、自身のヒーリング体験からタイプ分けをされています。

・現実逃避型で、オーラが身体から常に逃げ出そうとしている「スキツォイド防衛型」
・攻撃的で、他人のオーラを頭部から押さえつけようとする「サイコパス型」
・自己のコアを完全に抑圧し、外部の環境を整えることばかりに注意を向ける「リジッド型」など
あくまで一例ですが
こうした分類のそれぞれについて、自己や他者ヒーリングの方法をくわしく論じています。

また後半では、基本となる７層のオーラよりも、もう一段階深い位置にある
「ハラ」と「コアスター」の次元について説明しています。

「ハラ」は日本で言う丹田などを含む、スピリチュアルな『意図』を司るコアのこと。
「コアスター」は、おそらく、これまで多くの神秘家により発見されてきたであろう、人間の普遍的な神性が生まれ出る中核のことです。

霊視から、こうした概念とオーラやチャクラの概念をまとめあげ、人間の全体像について説明し
より統合的なヒーリングのあり方について解説しています。著者が扱える世界の広範さが、そこからわかります。

とくにコアスターについての説明は…表現に困るほど素敵な文章で困りました。
ここだけでも全ての人に読んでほしいところです。思わず、ため息。

アメリカで学校も運営している著名なヒーラーでもある著者が、そのヒーリングについて、メソッド、プロセス、ヒーリングとは何かについて書いた本です。

訳の王さん自身ヒーラーであるため、ひじょうにわかりやすい訳になっています。

自身でヒーリングができるかどうかはともかく、ヒーリングとはなんぞやというひじょうに基本的な部分がわかりやすくかかれており、また人間のタイプ分けもユニークな分別になっていることがわかります。

読んでいて、自己発見につながる部分も多々ありますが、スピリチュアルな基礎知識がない人には何がなんだかわからないかもしれません。

そんな私にもとてもわかりやすく興味深く上下とも
とても良い本だと思いました。
