弟が、「幻聴」「被害妄想」を持つ統合失調症と診断されてから10年ほどたちます。
その間、私を含め家族は深く悩みながらも弟からいろいろな多くのことを学びました。

「でも、弟は？私たちは学ぶことが出来たけれど、弟の人生ってなんだろう？幸せなんだろうか？」
という疑問がずっとありました。

ですが、やっと弟の人生も意味があるという「存在の素晴らしさ」をこの本から知ることができました。

啓子先生は仮説という風におっしゃっていますが弟は「光の仕事人」だったのですね。
とてもとても素敵です♪ありがとう光の仕事人さん。

精神病、多重人格、引きこもり、ボケ、中毒から抜け出せない人、結婚したくてもできない方など、そのご家族の方もぜひお読みになってください。

少なくとも私は、精神科医 越智啓子先生との出会いによって人生の新しい扉を開きました。
そして扉の向こうは、キラキラ輝く生きる喜びにあふれた世界でしたよ。

扉は必ずありますから。

まず、統合失調症の方や、痴呆老人などに対する考え方が、この本を読んでガラッと変わりました。うちにも、９８歳の祖母がおります。ぼけ症状もひどく悩んでおりましたが、これもこの世を去るぎりぎりまで光の仕事をしているのだと知り、理解することができました。この本を読んで、感動したので、東京で行われる越智啓子さんの講演会にも申し込んで参加することにしました。

体験談を中心に、ユーモアを交えながら優しく語っています。
悲しく鬱々と辛いときに読んでいても、フッと笑わせられるし、明るいエネルギーが入るように感じます。
こう書いてしまうと、かなりインチキくさい感想なのは自分でも分かってるんですが、
読後は不思議なくらい、自分の気持ちが楽になりました。

こういう本はある意味、哲学とかお説教の分野なわけですが、偉そうな見下すような感じはみじんもなく、
読み手を包み込むような暖かさと思いやりを感じます。
本の中には『良かったですね』『ありがとう』『だいじょうぶよ！』『よく頑張ったのね』といった
明るい言葉が多く、また受け取り方も非常に楽天的です。

おめでたい奴と人に思われるとしても、こういう風に受け取れば、
もっと人生が楽で、幸せなものになりそうな気がします。
私は2冊買って、1冊を友達にプレゼントしました。
