なんとなく本屋で手にとって読みましたが経済について詳しくない私でもおもしろく最後まで読めました。アジア通貨危機の知らなかった背景を知り、経済の動きは多角的に見ないと深く理解できないし、考える以上に少人数の人間の感情や主観で動かされているのだということを知りました。

2000年代以降発生した世界的なバブル期には、
いずれ弾ける事が分かっているバブルについて、
どんな警告する正論が書かれていても、カス本扱いされてしまう。
「バブルは弾けてからでしか振り返る事が出来ない」のが
またも繰り返された事になりますね。

こんなひどい本ははじめてみた。
筆者は（ほとんど「作者」だが）
金融のことを何も知らないに違いない。
デリバティブについても
非常に感情的な記述が多く、
デリバティブにはあいまいな
しかも間違ったイメージしか持っていないに違いない。
デリバティブのリスクヘッジ機能を全く無視し、
｢わけが分からないからこんな危ないもん
すぐに禁止しろっ！｣的な暴論を平気で書いている。
嘘だと思うなら読んでみてほしい。

ソロスに関する「中傷」も
極めて金融に関係の無いことに終始している。
これが事実だとしても
（事実で無く単なる悪質なゴシップだが）
それはヘッジファンドには全く関係ない。

実体経済への回帰を唱えているが、
金融経済が実体経済をどれだけ支えているかはてんで知らないのだろう。
