志ん朝一門が対談形式で師匠の思い出を語ります。

一読した感想はとにかく真面目な一門だなあと。
落語家が師匠について語る本は他にもありますが、
たいがい大爆笑するところがあるもんです。
そういう部分が良くも悪くもほとんどありません。
エピソードのすべてから、志ん朝の落語家としての
厳格さが伝わってきます。

分裂騒動時に関する話もやっぱりあります。
志ん朝が談志の胸倉つかんで衣文掛けで殴ろうと…、
なんて話もでてきますよ。

欲を言えば、対談に参加していない志ん駒さんと、
ひな太郎さんにも、インタビューでいいから、
思い出を語って欲しかったかな。

古今亭志ん朝師匠も素敵な人だったと思いますが、古今亭一門も素敵ですね。私は、古今亭志ん朝師匠も好きになりましたが、古今亭一門のファンになってしまいました。なんか良い本を読ましてもらいました。

　惜しまれながら夭逝した古今亭志ん朝師匠を弟子たちが語る。この対談自体は、噺家によるものだけにスムーズであり、心地よい。師匠への愛情や様々な思いが見事に描かれている。
　対談の対象が、「古今亭志ん朝」である以上、面白くないはずないのであり、それは、弟子たちの力ではない。
　この対談にでた、あるいは欠席した二人を含めた全ての古今亭志ん朝の弟子に「注文」。「師匠を超えた」という噺家として私が生きているうちに「化けて」くれ。それが、師匠への最大の恩返しだ。
　今、私が見る限り、「古今亭志ん朝の弟子」というネームバリュー以外の実力が見えてこない。
　きつい言葉かもしれないが･･･
