ユーモアミステリ作家の贈る，ひさびさの書きおろし作品です．

特別におもしいろなにかがあったり，ギャグがあるわけではないのですが，
わざと『はずして』いるかのようなセンス，掛け合いに何度も笑わされます．
また，地方都市が舞台のため方言が多く，これも会話にいい味を与えています．
反面，この雰囲気が楽しめないようだと，「サムい」でおわってしまいそうです．

とはいえ，中盤以降はミステリの流れとなり，それまでのユーモアもしずかに．
決して派手さはなく，「やっぱりアレか」というところもあるにはあるのですが，
その『アレ』をはじめとし，何気ないところにあった伏線が拾われていくところは，
それまでのやり取りからはまるで想像もつかず，よい意味でまさかの展開になります．

ただ，『締め』がキレイ過ぎるというか，弱く感じてしまうのがなんとも残念で，
騒動のきっかけになったあることなど，いくつかが置かれたままの印象が残ります．
登場人物たちのその後など，エピローグ的なものが少しでもあればよかったような…．

なお，単行本の扱いですがソフトカバーで，電車などでも読みやすくなっており，
また，ノンシリーズの作品なので，はじめての方にもおすすめの1冊だと思います．

これも割りと面白かったかな。
なんていうか、
ところどころにギャグをちりばめ、
最後までクスリとさせることを忘れない作者のサービス精神に脱帽。
しかも時間のトリックも完璧で
なかなかの出来でした。

いたるところに張られた伏線も
しっかりと後で生きてくる。

サクサクっと読めるし、
肩も凝らないし、
エンターテイメント作品としてはいい作品でした。

が、が、
結局絵里香の妹の件はどうなったの？
そこが中途半端で
解決されてないし･･･。
警察にも追われていた翔太郎＆絵里香はどうなるの？
事件の謎はしっかり解いているけど、
その背景が最後でぼやけてしまったのが残念でした。

何よりも皐月さん(絵里香の姉)のカッコよさが目立った作品でした。

最初から最後まで笑わせていただきました。
と言ってもさりげないギャグが進みながらも中身はきちんと伏線が張られている立派な推理小説としても楽しめるという一冊で二度美味しい本です。
とにかく楽しみたいという人にはおススメ。
