銀座『鈴乃屋』女主人小泉清子さんの感動の人生をご本人が綴られています。大変エネルギッシュです。しかし女性が本当にこれほど仕事をして生きてゆくのが大変だったのかと、その悔しさ、憤り、を再体験しました。でも何時もその怒りや憤りを、仕事を成功させる事で、解消してきた小野さんのプラスに代えてゆける力が本当に素晴らしいです。読みながら胸がつまり、また、同じように憤り涙ぐみそうになりながら、仕事の新しい取り組みをし、成功させて行くストーリー展開に、ほんとうにわくわくドキドキしてしまいます。

いま盛んに言われている顧客満足度や、おもてなしの心、そのようなことが、直感的に、本質的に分かっている、女性だからこそ、ほんとうに自然に相手の気持ちになって考えられる、そのことが大きな強みとなってゆくのですね。

最初は両親の苦労をみて、商売は嫌だと思っていた小泉さんは、実は1番強くお父様の血を引き、本当の意味での商人となってゆく姿は感動的です。

本当に面白く、元気がでて、しかも勉強になるホンです。女性が1人で商売をしてゆこうという場合、多くの重要なヒントが隠されているような貴重な本です！！是非およみになって下さいね。
