世間で騒がれていた、超　整理法。
コンピュータに関連する部分は、コンピュータでソフトウェアを開発し、データ整理をしている人間にとっては、あたりまえのことが書かれているような気もする。

データベース、情報検索、システム設計をしている人間なら、「シソーラス」は常時利用しているはずである。
シソーラスとは、類語辞書のことで、情報の階層的な整理には必須である。
そのため、コンピュータを道具として使いこなしている人なら知っていることが書かれているといえるかもしれない。

コンピュータに振り回されている人は、ぜひ、読んでいただくとよい本である。

コンピュータ関係以外の話題は、ソフトウェアを開発している技術者が知らないことがあるので有用だと思われる。

次から次へと生まれる書類。
整理しなくては。いらないものは捨てなければ。
このように思っている人は多いのではないだろうか。

筆者が推奨する超整理法では、分類作業などは一切しない。
ただ、書類を使った順に並べるだけである。
「たったそれだけでいいのか？」と思った人は本書を読んでみるといい。
具体的な超整理法の方法から始まり、なぜ超整理法が良いのか、他の整理法と比べてどのようなメリット・デメリットがあるのか、そしてこれからの社会をどのように生きるべきかなどが筆者独特の文体でわかりやすく書かれている。

初版が1993年ということもあり、内容的な古さ（特にコンピュータ関係）は否めない。
現在では、インターネットやデスクトップ検索などが登場したため、筆者の主張する方法をそのまま使用することはあまり意味がないだろう。
しかし、その本質は時代的な古さとは関係ない。
シンプルな超整理法は、まだまだ現役である。

この本を読みまでは、フォルダやディレクトリに保存した大量のデータを「名前順」に並べていた。
しかしこの本を読んでからは「更新日時順」に並べるようになった。
見た目はバラバラになる。ファイル名もファイルの種類もガチャガチャになる。
でも「頻繁に使うデータほど下に来る」ことが解ってるから、あれこれ迷うことがなくなった。
これが分類なのだ、整理なのだ。
皆さんもお試しあれ。
