約２０年間ピアノに触れる事がなかったのですが、子どもがピアノを習い始めたのをきっかけに再びやり始めました。子どもにはイメージしやすく、おとなには簡単な割に聞こえがよく、上手くなった気分にさせてくれます。

ギロックの「こどものためのアルバム」「叙情小曲集」などを聴いて知っている方には
はじめはちょっと物足りなく感じるかもしれません。私もそうでした。
しかし、たくさんの音を使って、ではなく、少ない音の配列で
こんなに素敵なフレーズをたくさん作れるなんて、と、ギロックの才能に改めて
感動させられる作品です。

ピアノを始めて1年経つ幼稚園の娘もこの本が大好きです。
タイトルの横に、そのイラストを書いてあげてイメージさせてます。
小学生の娘は、この本の前半の曲はＣＤを聴いて楽譜なしにピアノで弾き始めました。
なんというか、メロディーとリズムが、ちょっと癖があって、とても耳に残るんです。

テクニックの向上に重きをおかずに、こういった、易しくても感性豊かな曲をたくさん
弾かせてあげるのが、幼児期には大切だと思います。

ピアノや音楽を勉強する上で必要なことがたくさん散りばめられています。はじめてピアノを勉強し始めた人にはもちろん、再チャレンジを決めた人にも非常に有益な教材だと思います。
