小学校の頃から少年ジャンプを10年近く愛読していた僕にとって、（もういい年になって）少年誌卒業を阻む存在だった漫画が、荒木先生の「ジョジョ」と富樫先生の「ハンター×ハンター」でした。どちらも「少年」だけが楽しむにはもったいな過ぎる傑作だと思うのですが、「ジョジョ」はウルトラジャンプに引越しし（これは成功）、「ハンター×ハンター」は無期的な離脱…。ジャンプ買って真っ先に読んでいた漫画だったのに。
21巻までの評価は文句無し星5つです。キャラクターの造形もうまく敵キャラもみんな魅力的で、ゴンやキルア以外の脇役にも愛着がわきます。息をつかせぬストーリー展開もすばらしいし、伏線の張り方もうまいです（ヒソカの『どっきりテクスチャー』なんて出てきたときは地味でいらないと思っていたら随所でとんでもない使い方をさせる）。とにかく僕が死ぬまでに「ハンター×ハンター」完結を見届けたい。それだけです。「ハンター×ハンター」の無いジャンプはつまらん。

　寝る前に「ハンター×ハンター」を読んでいたら習慣になりました。寝る前に「ハンター×ハンター」を読むとなぜかよく眠れます。１巻から２３巻まで何度も繰り返し（寝る前に）読んでいます。ぜんぜん飽きません。最新刊の「未知の生物との戦い」編（仮称）もわくわく面白いですが、２３巻を読み終わったあとに、もう一度１巻に戻り、「ハンター試験」編（仮称）を読むと、なんだか癒されます。特にハンター試験の１次試験で延々と走ってるシーンが好きです。その辺は癒し効果が高くリラックスできて明日への活力が沸いてきます。

ますます面白い展開になってきたハンタ。先がまったく読めません。
見所は新キャラ投入でしょうか。あとモラウのバトル。
ゴンの影がだんだん薄くなっていく気がしますが大丈夫でしょうか？

ハンタがあるのとないのとではジャンプの雰囲気がまったく違います。
冨樫氏の復活に期待しています。（4月復活のはずなのに・・・）

こんなにくどいマンガも珍しい。

まあこの作者の昔の作品に比べたら、作者の女性幻想丸出しの、気持ち悪い女性キャラクターが減っただけマシかな?
