5.0 out of 5 stars 世界の中心で人間がきらいだと叫んだ男の話。, 2005/2/4
タイトルだけですべてを語りつくした気がする…（嘘）
まあ、そんな感じの内容であるが、それでも個人的に仙水編から最終巻にかけてが一番好きだ。人間の弱さや醜さが許せなくて、世界中の人間を殺してやろうなどと考える仙水の愚かさが、当時中学生だった私の胸に、やけに痛く感じたものである。

この作品を書いていた頃作者は精神的に不安定だったらしい。だからマンガの内容も結構危ない。冷静な憎悪と狂気がまさに満載。いろいろと放送コードすれすれなんじゃないだろうか。けれど根底に救いのような光を感じることができるから、不思議な作品である。きっとそれは、主人公裏飯幽助の真っ直ぐな気性によるのだろうと思う。メンタル面に揺らぎのない主人公は、やはり見ていて爽快な想いを味あわせてくれるものだ。

仙水との決着が付くこの巻は、仙水の狂気や優しさや強さや弱さなど
人間の良悪面をほぼ全て描写している様に思う
だから仙水は遊白の中で一番人間臭いキャラクターで
憎めないし、共感出来る…仙水は人間を皆殺しにしようとしたが、良い奴だった
そう思えてくる。
あと、人間を滅ぼそうとした仙水が人間だけが体得出来る聖なる闘気を纏い、
霊界探偵である浦飯が妖怪になり邪悪な闘気を纏う
本来、霊界探偵が妖怪を倒すのが普通の流れだが、
妖怪(浦飯)が霊界探偵(仙水)を倒す。
この最初の主旨と逆転した展開がまた面白い

最近はそうでもなくなってきたが、この作者の描く女性キャラクターはなんか秋葉原に居そうな気持ち悪さがあって鳥肌が立つ。

しかも終いには途中で投げ出した。

これを名作などと呼ぶ人間の気が知れない。
