　二種類のバージョンがあるんだけれど、こちらは通常バージョンのほう。
　この７巻は、６巻のフランス編を終えて日本に全員が帰ってきてのお話で、いよいよ樹ゼミで味噌や醤油、日本酒づくりが始まります。米の精米から始まって、大豆の方は醤油にするか味噌にするかの行程の違いから途中のことまでしっかりと描かれていて、「もやしもん」はストーリーやギャグも面白いけれどバリバリの農学マンガだったことを再認識した次第です。ただ面白いだけじゃなくって、こういう生きた蘊蓄が語られたり、しっかりと地に足がついた漫画っていうのはやっぱりたまりません。
　特に、醤油の分類の話はこの漫画をしっかり読むだけで「濃口醤油」「生醤油」「薄口醤油」「たまり醤油」「甘露醤油」の違いもしっかりと一発で理解できるし、そのそれぞれのいいものを使った料理も食べてみたいと思います。また、その醤油のルーツも興味深いし、面白いです。
　一応、そんな醸造スタートの他のあらすじも少しだけのせておきますと、沖縄の金城さん(結城蛍のそっくりさん)がおじいといっしょに上京。その金城さんと樹さんと日吉酒店の店主との秘密や、大学構内に残された秘密の地下部分の謎みたいな話も出て来ます。
　大学生のキャンパス漫画、うんちく漫画、だけでない面もありということで、なんだかんだいって、やっぱりとにかく面白い漫画です。ひさびさにオリゼー達の菌劇場もあります。菌はあいかわらず可愛いですねぇ。

もやしもん第7巻。
フランス編も前回で終了、長谷川さんも戻ってきて、いよいよ発酵蔵の本格的始動です

今回のメインは味噌と醤油です。
もうね、この漫画のマスコットでもあるオリゼーとソーエが今までの巻の中で一番気合い入りまくりですよ(笑)

「かもすぞ」に並ぶ新しい言葉も出てきました。
「はぜるぞーー!」

日本人に無くてはならない調味料は、彼ら無しでは存在しない味だったんですね。有り難いです(笑)
今回、沢木が及川に自分の秘密を遂にカミングアウト。
果たして及川の反応は…?
しかし沢木と及川にはなかなか艶っぽい空気が流れませんねー(笑)ほんとに友人のまま終わってしまうのかもこの二人…

七巻で私が最も気になっていたのは、なんだかいい感じになってフランスから帰ってきたあの2人(笑)
美里と長谷川さん…。
7巻冒頭では必死で否定していた長谷川さんですが、顔を真っ赤にしているあたりまんざらでも無さそう(笑)

美里には砕けた相談や悩みをポロッと口にできるみたいですし、美里も何気に男らしいところもあるしで、今後のこの2人の行く末が実は今一番の楽しみなんです(笑)

今回は表紙を飾った及川さんが活躍。
発酵蔵の秘密を暴くため頑張ります。意外な結果でした。

見所は沢木くんが及川さんに自分の秘密を話すことと、あの人が復活することかな。
８巻では新たな展開が見れそうです。

菌の勉強がいつもより少なく感じたので、星を一個減らしました。樹のおじいの超演説は健在ですが。
