春夏秋冬によって色々とケアの仕方が違うんだと感心しました。
美容部員ならではの本だと思います。
コットンパックをやり続けていますが、
先日肌診断をしていただいたとき、水分量がパーフェクトでした！
やはり効果はあるのかも。喜びです。

本棚に置いておきたい一冊です。

今まで色々な洗顔方法を試してきましたが、1章の手先と洗顔・マッサージ・化粧水パックを毎日朝夜欠かさずに2週間ぐらいで肌が白くもちもちとしてきました。自身が真だ若いということもあるのですが、もしかしたら今までキチンと手入できていなかったのかな?とギョッとしてしまいました。この様な効果が目に見える形は、初めてでちょっと吃驚しております(^-^;)
肌もただ、油肌などと大間かな区分ではなく結構細かな分類があります。確りとした根拠と対処方法がかかれているのが嬉しいところです。

スキンケアも洗顔も方法を全く知らないけれども、兎に角綺麗になりたい!!と切実に願う方ならば、買うだけではなく結構簡単なので頑張って朝夜二週間とか、実践してみるのをお勧めいたします。

若々しくみせるのは目鼻立ちでもなく、肌の質感であるとこの頃とても感じていました。最初に佐伯さんをみたとき、年齢よりもとても肌がきれいなので、びっくりしました。こういうきれいな人はもともとがちがうのだと思っていたのですが、読み進むうちに、自分でできそうなことだということがわかりました。エステに行く前にまずは自分で試してみる価値はありそうです。
