5.0 out of 5 stars 憧れの杉浦日向子先生の粋な呑み話, 2003/4/18
　杉浦日向子先生は３４にして「隠居」されたという。これからの日本人の生き方を先駆けたそうで、なるほどこの本を見れば「不景気」がどうの「デフレ」がどうの、と大騒ぎしている我々が恥ずかしくなってくる。

　人生楽しく生きてなんぼ、なのである。ここには未だかつて「二日酔い」を経験したことのない日向子先生と「ポ」さんの飲みっぱなしの日々が綴られているばかりだ。昼下がりの蕎麦屋の至福の時を楽しむ文章を見るにつけ、まじめくさって仕事をしている自分の卑小さを知るばかり。
　毎日一升七合を飲んだジジの孫たる日向子先生。貴女が心底羨ましい。
