生まれてきたのは、かけがえのない本当の自分になるため…。

楽しく実践するだけで幸せになる法則が存在したら良いですよね。

人は他人になろうとして苦しみます。
そこから抜け出し本当の自分であり続ける。
それができれば、幸せなんでしょう。

本書は、そんなことを、頭ではなく、色々と楽しみながら身体に染み込ませ、
自然にできるように書かれています。
順番にやらなくても、気に入った部分から試してみても面白いでしょう。
そんな、それぞれにあった使い方もできそうな、とっても柔軟な本です。

男性である私も、読むと言うより、
使わせてもらっています。

「憧れの存在＝なりたい自分像」を女神（ミューズ）と定義し、そんな女神に近づくための、セルフコーチングの方法や、自分の心の捉え方・考え方などのヒントが満載の本です。

女神（ミューズ）を目指すために、「今の自分を変えなさい、変わりなさい」とはどこにも書いていません。
今の自分はそのままでいいのです。今の自分を肯定した上で、「こういうふうに考えたらいいよ」というヒントがたくさん。涙が出そうになるくらい、優しい優しい本です。癒されます。

各章にまとめがあるので、後で読み返すときはそこだけを見てもポイントがわかるというのは忙しい女性にはうれしいですね。
また、内面だけではなく、外見から見た自分、セルフプロデュースについても記載されています。女性にとっては、それもとても重要なこと！

自分のやりたいことが見つからないという女性。
自分の人生をもっとHAPPYに生きたい、もっともっと輝きたいという女性にもオススメの一冊です。


『誰にでもある欠点は、周りの人にとって重荷ではなく、むしろ贈り物なのかもしれない』

そんな発想って、今までなかったのでは？
「完璧な人はいないのだから、欠点があってもあたりまえ」とはわかっていても、どうしても足りない部分ばかりが目に付いてしまう。落ち込んでしまう。
でも、それが「贈り物！？」
