今まで、スポンジケーキが苦手だった私。
いや、苦手だと思っていたのです。
それは、レシピが悪かったのだと解かりました。

ちょっとしたコツがしっかりと明記してあるのです。
何を作っても…｢私ってプロ？｣と思わせる位美味しく出来ます。
友人にも｢このクッキー、サクサクで美味しい！本当に手作り？｣

って誉められました。ケーキはしっとり、クッキーはサクサクです♪
レシピ選びって…作るよりも難しいのかも！

いいレシピでも全ての材料をそろえるまでが大変。面倒だからやめた、ということありませんか？この本は思い立ったらすぐ作れるのがいいところ。写真は素敵、でも難しくありません。わたしはヨレヨレになるくらい読み込んでいます。

簡単な和菓子から中級以上の洋菓子までとても幅広く、しかもどれもおいしい！こだわりの材料〔グラニュー糖の代わりに上白糖とか〕や道具〔オーブンミトンの代わりに2枚軍手とか〕、ちょっとしたこつまで載っていてとても参考になります。そんなに難しいレシピではないのに出来上がりは本格派です。我が家ではキッチンに常備してる一冊です。
