このSTシリーズは、色々能力のある人たちが集まっていて
事件を解決していく（あまり積極性は無い集団です）
お話なのですが、
今回は、その5人が目立っていないというか…
これはシリーズ全体を通していえるのですがキャラ設定が強すぎて
使い切れてない?感じがします。
それが凄く勿体無いなぁと思ってます。
お話全体にながれる雰囲気が好きだし読みやすいし好きなシリーズではあるんですけど。

STバカンス編と銘打って過言ではないでしょう、今回の為朝伝説殺人ファイル。STのメンバーが、八丈島に、鹿児島に、沖縄に飛んでくれます。『為朝伝説』のある土地で起こった、三つの変死事件。それを調べる為に、ST達がロシア以来の出張に出ます。事件そのものは特別どうこう、と言うモノはありませんが、訪れた先々での景色や風景、また呪いの必要条件、伝説が生まれる過程など、興味深い話を織り交ぜつつ、真相に迫る過程は流石です。新しい『ST』、是非堪能してください。

隠蔽捜査から興味を持って今野敏の本を漁りました。
ＳＴシリーズを一からここまで読みましたが
今回の作品はちょっと、残念です。
旅シリーズに入ったのでしょうが、取材旅行でもしたかったから書いたのかなあ？と
読みながら感じていましたが、為朝伝説と実際のＳＴの捜査はほとんど関係ないし
伝説をうまく使って物語を組み立てても良いようなもの、実際には全く伝説が生かされてない
し、軽すぎる読み物で紙がもったいないとも感じました。
以前の作品の中で一番の駄作だったような気がします
