少し違ったセリフや展開で進んでいくけど、面白いです。大神ソウマの実兄のツバサがアニメでは最初の一瞬しか出てこないけど、この本では最初から大胆に登場します。アニメを見てからでも、充分に楽しめる本です。次回がとても楽しみです。

2004年10月からはじまったアニメ版の第１回目を見てから購入してみました。

姫子と千歌音。対比的な二人の少女と、少年ソウマの関係を中心に物語は進んでいきます。
１巻目だというのに登場キャラは盛りだくさん！
「オロチ」と呼ばれる敵たちも個性的で面白いです。
そして、なぜか登場するロボ(？)
展開が早くて一気に読み進めました。
それから何より気になるのが姫子と千歌音の関係です。
もう１巻は「えー？？」というようなラストで早くも次巻が気になってたまりません。
介錯さんの描く絵も綺麗で、姫子と千歌音の絡むシーンはとても美しいですね。

絵は好きです。
でも、趣味を取り込み過ぎて消化し切れていないように感じて、
読んでるのがダルくなってしまいましたので、
百合な所だけ見て楽しんでます。
話とかはもう展開が破綻しすぎていて、理解するのを諦めました。

もっと長い時間をかけて、話を描きこめれば良かったのになぁ…と思います。
作者が悪いんじゃなく、作品が悪いんじゃなく、
メディアミックスの弊害のような気がします。
