怖い話好きには伝説化している「文藝百物語」がついに入手できるようになりました．井上雅彦，加門七海，菊地秀行，篠田節子，霜島ケイ，竹内義和，田中文雄，森真沙子の各氏が実際に百物語を行った様子を記録したものです．単行本が手に入らなくなっていたので，非常にうれしいことです．内容のほうも，霧島ケイの三角屋敷をはじめ，怖い話が満載です．実話系の怪奇を読むかたは必読でしょう．

　ホラー小説に興味がある方なら聞き覚えのある作家８人を集めて、結界まで作って本格的に百物語をやっちゃった、という九十九話が収められています。
　ホラー小説家らしくみんなさらさら語っているので、話自体は怖いというより面白くすいすい読めてしまう。驚くのは実体験の多いこと。こんなに怖い目にあっていたら、旅行どころか自分の家の暗がりも怖くなりそうだけど、見えてしまう人には予感したときに避ける手はあっても、出会ってしまったものは仕方ないようです。で、これが自分の身に降りかかることだったらと、改めて読んだ話を思い返すと後ろを振り返ることが怖くなること請け合いです。
　百物語をしている時にずっと聞こえていた鈴の音や、参加者の一人が窓の裂け目から何か入ってくると言い募って、穴を塞いだなんて百物語の時に実際に起こった出来事の方が深々と迫ってきます。これだけの体験をしている方々ですから、何年か後にまた企画して頂きたいものです。

　由緒があっても古いホテルには怖くて泊まれない・・・。新耳袋より怖かったです。現場で話を聞いてるかの様な臨場感がたまらないです。このお値段は安いと思いました。
