　脳をわしづかみにされてぐちゃぐちゃにかき回されたような感覚というものを、この本を読んで初めて経験しました。
　レビューのタイトルどおり、とても人間がこのような物語を書いたとは、到底信じれられません。
　正直、私のような凡人には、全てを理解することは不可能です。しかし、この本を読むことができて、自分はとても幸運です。

下巻は上巻で語られた「胎児の夢」・心理遺伝の実例が示され、それが古代中国にまで遡るという、時間の概念を超越した話を軸として展開し、謎解きもクライマックスを迎える。読後感はワカッタようなワカラナイような、まさに「戸惑面喰」である。「ドグラ・マグラ」は凡百の探偵小説と違い、一回読んでわかった、終わり、というような代物ではない。謎解き自体が出口のない円環・「堂廻目眩」であるため、様々の解釈をすることが可能であろうし、何度か読んでいるうちに、作者の思想を読み取られる方もいるであろう。この作品はまさに「探偵小説を超えた探偵小説」なのである。

精神異常者を集め研究材料にする教授を軸に、記憶を無くした主人公が自分自身を思い出そうとする。
ラストはかなり衝撃的。猿の惑星のラストシーンを思い出したがそれを超えてると思う。
主人公が抜けられない暗いトンネルをいつまでも彷徨っているようで非常に恐ろしい。
人間のほんとうのしくみはこういう事かもって妙に納得してしまった。
