「MAKE IT 21」に登場した企業家のうち２７名の方の対談のハイライト部分が掲載され、著者がその一つ一つを解説しています。私自身、ビジネスパーソンとして仕事の壁にぶつかった時やスランプの時にこの番組にずっとお世話になってきました。毎週録音しておきたいほど役に立ちましたので、そのハイライトが収まっている当著書はほとんど無条件でずっと自分のそばに置いておきたいと思い購入しました。

読んでみて最初は「インタビュー部分だけでもよいのでは」と一瞬、感じたのですが、読み進むうちにショーンさんの明解な解説と分析は自分がインタビューで感じたり学んだりしたこと（input)を実践したり人に伝えたりする（output)時に力を発揮すると感じました。　

これからも番組がずっとずっと続きますように！

追記：　CDの内容にもにんまりでした。番組ではインタビューしているショーンさんがCD内ではインタビューされています。彼の生い立ち等も意外でした。CDのお得感は大でした！

毎週、有名経営者が登場するJ-WAVE「Make IT 21」の単行本です。
番組同様、本にもマクドナルド原田泳幸氏、マイクロソフト樋口泰行氏、
元タリーズの松田公太氏、コンサルタントの小宮一慶氏・・・など、
それぞれ著書がある、そうそうたる顔ぶれが登場します。

本では著者のショーンＫさんが、それら成功したビジネスマンに共通する
能力・条件を挙げ、わかりやすく分析します。

成功している経営者の言葉は、実体験に基づくものなので、
リアリティがあり、学びがあります。

特に3章の「失敗力」は、
経営者のみならず、ビジネスをしている人ならば、
必ずためになるエピソードが満載だと思います。

J-WAVEで、メリハリとパンチの効いたビジネス論が展開されているのを聞いて、興味を持ち購入。コンビニ売りの日経ビジネス・PHP等に満たない内容で、イマイチだと感じました。書籍よりも、ラジオ番組の方が得られるものが多いですね。
