数の本で「数」を教えるのに、どれを数えていいのか分からない。

例えば、「２」
１つの家の前に２つ花が咲いている。その近くには３つカップケーキみたいな物が置いてある。小さな子供にとっては、何が２なのか良く分からない。

数える物に関しても「バックル」や「ノミ」など語彙を増やすと考えれば良いかもしれないが、低年齢の子供たちの「興味」をそそらない。というかそれ自体が何なのか分かりにくい。又、教えにくい。「ハエ」みたいに見える「のみ」を本で教えて、実際に子供が「ハエ」を見て「FLY：フライ（ハエ）」と言えない。
　
Maisyが好きな子供には「絵本」程度として与える本としては良いのでは？と思う。
英語の数を教えようとするお母さん方には薦めない。

しかも本によってはアメリカ式英語表記の本とカナダ式英語表記の本があるので、
購入の際は注意したほうがよい。
　
色：「Color（アメリカ英語）」「colour（カナダ英語）」
テントウ虫：「ladybug」「ladybird」

小さな子供には、何を数えたらいいのかわからないと思います。親がとなりについていて、本文を読んで、何を数えるのかを教えないと、ひとりで数えるのは絶対無理です。数を覚えさせるなら、ババールのシリーズのほうが、はっきり何を数えさせたいのかが、文を読まなくてもわかるので、小さな子供にはおすすめです。この本は、本当にわかりにくいと思います。

単純だから覚えやすい。子供には大切な事。１は・・・２は・・・と、１ページごとに絵が繰り広げられ､３歳と１歳の息子たちは絵だけでも満足です。厚紙なので､折ってもかじっても大丈夫です。メイシーと一緒に数を覚えましょう。

この本は、初めて子供に買ってあげたメイジーの本です。大きな声で子供も一緒に数えられるようになりました。ただ、蚤の数まで数えるのはどうかなと思います。
