5つ星のうち 5.0 本気で人生好転させたい人に読んでほしい, 2004/11/1
とてもよみやすい本です。これまで、人生を変化させるためのノウハウ本や、心理学の本をたくさん読みましたが、この本はその中でも、一番お勧めです。

　たとえば、《問題解決のための質問》、という簡単な文章が5つあります。それは、様々な事情からネガティブな状況におちいっている方にとって、まず、思いつかない質問です。しかも、その単純な質問を自分に投げかけることによって、脳みそから打開策はでるしかない(笑)、と感じました。そのくらいパワフルです。
　彼の、人生好転のための行動、は他にもユニークなものがいろいろあります。そのどれもが簡単で、すんなり理解できるものです。ということは、あなたにも今日からできることです、ですから、人生を好転していくことは、頭であれこれ考えるよりも簡単みたいです。
　ということで、ぜひぜひ、この本おすすめですので、読んでくださいね。

日本語版を読んでからこの原著を買いました。

正直言ってすごく薄っぺらな本です。
イラストはヘナチョコです。

しかし、記述にあたると
よく意味がわかります。

日本語版は、
訳が難しすぎるので、
簡素な英語に触れると理解がより一層ふくらみます。

イラストはヘナチョコですが、
イラストがあることで、
日本語版では理解できなかった
イメージをつかむのによい練習となります。

ちなみに、この本から最大の成果を得るには
よい本は７回読むこと。
本を読んだら即実践！
ですよ。
