ドに記載されたギフト券番号（以下「ギフト券」といいます）は、http://www.amazon.co.jp又はhttp://www.javari.jp (共にPC・モバイル)(前述のサイトをまとめて、以下「アマゾンサイト」とい
います)においてのみご利用できます。ギフト券をご利用いただくためには、アマゾンサイトのアカウントを作成いただく必要があります。ギフト券は、アマゾンサイトにおいてAmazon.com Int'l
Sales, Incが販売する商品および第三者によって販売される商品の購入にご利用いただけます。お客様がギフト券でお支払いをする場合、ショッピングカートを使用してご注文下さい。1-Clickによ
るご注文ではギフト券はご利用になれません。購入金額は、ギフト券の残高より差し引かれます。ご利用されると、未使用の残高は、利用者のアマゾンサイトのアカウントに加算されます。ご注文
金額がギフト券の金額を上回る場合、差額はクレジットカード、代金引換、コンビニ・ATM・ネットバンキング・Edy払いその他Amazon.co.jpが承認する決済手段でお支払いいただけます。ギフト券

| 2. | 制限- ギフト券およびギフト券の有効期限が記載されている場合、残高の有効期限は各ギフト券に明記されている日付の午後１１時５９分(日本時間)までとなります。

- ギフト券は、他のギフト券（例えば、ギフト券またはその他の販売者のギフト券）の購入には利用できません。
- ギフト券は、Amazonプライムの年会費の支払いには利用できません。
- 法律で要求されている範囲を除き、ギフト券に金額を補充すること、およびギフト券を再販売その他対価をもって譲渡すること、換金することまたは他のアカウン
トで使用することはできません。アマゾンサイトのアカウントの未使用残高は譲渡できません。
- ギフト券は、返金および返品できません。

ギフト券が不正行為によって作成または入手された場合は、アマゾンあるいはその関連会社は、お客様のアカウントを閉じ、当該ギフト券の使用を保留または拒否し、他の支払方

アマゾンおよびその関連会社は、ギフト券について、明示的であるか黙示的であるかにかかわらず、いかなる表明もいたしません（販売可能性、特定目的への適合性への明示的ま
たは黙示的な保証を含みますがこれらに限りません）。ギフト券が機能しない場合、お客様にとっての唯一の救済方法およびアマゾンの唯一の法的義務は、当該ギフト券の交換です。特定の法域で
の法律は、黙示の保証の限定、または特定の損害に対する除外または限定を許可していません。これらの法律がお客様に適用される場合は、上記の免責、除外または限定の一部または全部は、お客

| 8. | Amazonギフト券の有効期限
Amazonギフト券は、券種毎に有効期限が異なります。Amazonギフト券（Eメールタイプ、印刷タイプ、グリーティングカードタイプ、カードタイプ）は発行(*)から１年、法人向けAmazonギフト券は発行(*)から2年、Amazonギフト券 （シートタイプ）は発行(*)から3年となります。Amazonショッピングカードに有効期限はございません。 (*) ここでの発行とは、弊社が第一次的な取り扱い先のお客さまに対して発行した時点を指し、EメールタイプのAmazonギフト券の場合は送信した時点、印刷タイプ、グリーティングカードタイプ、シートタイプのAmazonギフト券並びに法人向けAmazonギフト券の場合は発送した時点、カードタイプのAmazonギフト券の場合は購入いただいた時点、をそれぞれ意味しています。具体的な有効期限は、Eメールタイプ、印刷タイプ、シートタイプおよび法人向けAmazonギフト券の場合はお手元のギフト券をご確認ください。グリーティングカードタイプおよびカードタイプは有効期限がギフト券に表示されておりません。発送日もしくは購入日をご確認のうえ、その時点から有効期間である１年間以内にご利用ください。

| 1. | Redemption.
The codes listed on Amazon.co.jp gift certificates and Amazon.co.jp shopping cards (“Gift Certificates”) issued by Amazon Gift Cards Japan K.K., whose address
is Shibuya Cross Tower 2-15-1 Shibuya Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0002 Japan (“Amazon GC”) can only be redeemed through http://www.amazon.co.jp or http://www.javari.jp (both, PC or
mobile sites) (“Amazon Sites”). In order for you to use Gift Certificates, you have to create an account on the Amazon Site. Gift Certificates can be used towards the
purchase of products sold by Amazon.com Int’l Sales, Inc. and products sold by third party sellers on the Amazon Sites. When you use a Gift Certificate to make payment, please
make an order through the Shopping Cart. 1-Click ordering is not available for Gift Certificate purchases. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Certificate balance. Any unused
balance will be placed in the user's Amazon account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the remaining difference can be paid by credit card,
COD, CVS, ATM, Net banking payment or any other payment method accepted by Amazon.co.jp. If you want to know the Gift Certificate balances, expiration date or other information,

| 2. | Limitations.- The Gift Certificate and remaining balance of the Gift Certificate will expire at 11:59 p.m. (JP Time) of the date specified on each Gift
Certificate, if applicable.
- A Gift Certificate cannot be used for purchases on any of the following sites: http://www.amazon.com, http://www.amazon.co.uk,
http://www.amazon.fr, http://www.amazon.de, http://www.amazon.ca, http://www.amazon.cn, or any other sites other than the Amazon Sites operated by Amazon.com, Inc., its
affiliates, or any other person or entity.
- Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates, such as Amazon.co.jp Gift Certificates or gift certificates for other
merchants.
- Gift Certificates cannot be used for payments of annual membership fee for Amazon Prime.
- Gift Certificates cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent
required by law. Unused balances in an Amazon account may not be transferred.
- Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

| 3. | Our Policies.
Gift Certificates and their use on the Amazon Sites are subject to the Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice applicable to such Amazon Site. Amazon GC or its
affiliates may provide Gift Certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Certificates.

| 4. | Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for Gift Certificates pass to the purchaser or recipient upon electronic transmission to the purchaser or recipient, whichever is
applicable. Amazon GC or its affiliates are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. If you have any questions, please

| 5. | Fraud.
If a Gift Certificate is issued or obtained fraudulently, Amazon GC or its affiliates may close the customer`s account, suspend or deny the use of such Gift
Certificate, and request alternative forms of payment.

AMAZON GC AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE
REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. THE LAWS OF CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF
THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

| 7. | General Terms.
Amazon GC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions by
purchasing, receiving or using the Gift Certificate. These terms and conditions are applicable to the Gift Certificates, and are not applicable to Amazon gift certificates for
campaigns (promotional certificates). All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. The laws of Japan, without regard to principles of conflict of
laws, will govern these Gift Certificate terms and conditions and for disputes in any way related to the Gift Certificates you consent to designated jurisdiction in the Tokyo

| 8. | Expiration Date of Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificates have different expiration dates, in accordance with the type of Gift Certificate: (i) 1 year from issuance for Amazon.co.jp gift certificates
(E-mail type and Print-out type); (ii) 2 years from issuance (*) for Corporate Amazon.co.jp gift certificates; and 3 years from issuance (*) for Amazon.co.jp gift certificates
(Sheet type). There are no expiration dates for Amazon Shopping Cards. (*) “Issuance” as used herein means the time when Amazon GC issues the GC to its primary customers.
For a specific expiration date, please see the expiration date stated on your Gift Certificate.
