ゲームをまったくしないので、元の形との比較ができないのですが、映画として見た時に、故淀川長治さんならもの申すような細部のゆがみが時に気になるものの、概ね楽しめました。ただ、個人的には「１」（というのでしょうか）にも登場していた菌に冒された犬たちは見るに忍びなかったです。しかし、こういった方面のゲームや映画に疎いので、もしかしたら常識のように言われていることなのかもしれませんが、このタイトルを、日本人が好きな「バイオ商品」と、一頃騒がれた（食の分野では今が旬なのかも）「モラルハザード」を、ゴリラとクジラを合わせて「ゴジラ」式の、手っ取り早く効果的な、いかにも日本的な命名法だと思うのは僕だけでしょうか。
