テレビでは、当時、ハマッテ見てましたが、この映画は劇場に見に行った記憶はありませんでしたので、早速、ＤＶＤを購入しました。
飛び出すメガネ付き・・・ということでしたが、もったいなくて、しばらく、飛び出すメガネを袋から出せませんでした（笑）。
で、意を決して見てみましたが、まあ、飛び出し方としては、こんなもんだったんですかねぇ・・・・。
それとも、セロハンの色が微妙に違うのか・・・。

そんなことはさておいても、やはり、赤影さんですよ。
仮面を外して、白影、青影と一緒に歩いていても誰も気づかないし、どんな危難でも、理不尽なまでにやられない・・・。
青影の、「あ、赤影さんだ」の一言ですべて片づく・・・（笑）。
やはり、それに、何の疑問ももたない時代背景だったんでしょう。

パッケージの中には２枚のディスクが入っていて、それぞれに２つの映画が入っている。
つまり全部で映画は４本入っているわけだが、仮にそれらをＡ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄとすると、Ａはかつて劇場公開されたもので、部分的に立体映画になっている。
Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄは英語版だ。
つまり、赤影たちが英語をしゃべっている。英語吹き替え版だから（日本語の字幕つき）。
ストーリーは、ＡとＢが金目教編、ＣとＤはまんじ党編と根来編。
ただし、Ａは他の３本よりも少し短い。
立体映画ということで、それ用の「立体めがね」ももちろんパッケージ内に入っております（あの赤と青のセロハンの張ってあるやつ）。

~何を隠そう私が映画館で見た初めての映画がこの「赤影」でした。
（う~ん、年がばれますね）
今見れば少々素人チックなその特撮技術にも、当時はドキドキさせられました。
今でもあの赤い仮面を見ると懐かしさがこみ上げてきます。
特にこの劇場版は、途中から３D映画になっていて、劇場の入り口でもらうメガネ
~~
（赤影の仮面型になった厚紙に赤青のセロハンを貼ったもの）をかけると
立体映画になるという画期的？な映画でしたので、とりわけ記憶に残っています。
まあ本編はTV版と大きく変わりませんが、
映画がとっておきの娯楽だった時代の少年の心には刺激的な映画でした。~
