映画公開を前に原作を読んだ時には驚きました。
半村良って凄すぎると感激したものでした。
そして映画が公開されるや再び感激、なんと凄い映画を作ったものかと。
突っ込みどころが満載の映画なのですが、そんなことは百も承知で当時は作った映画なのです。
１５４９やテレビ版のように自衛隊が全面協力してくれない当時は、なんでもかんでも改造したり手作りすることが常識だった。
同じ千葉ちゃんが出演する「新幹線大爆破」なんて、当時の国鉄はイメージ下がるからと車両内での撮影も不可。
当時は似せた衣装を作ったりモデルガンを改造したりと大変だったのでしょう。
せっかく作った戦車なのでと他の作品にも使われたりしましたね。
そんなノスタルジックな時代に制作され、今では実現不可能なぐらいな豪華出演陣が、
一生懸命にスタッフと協力して原作とは別の設定を含めて完成。
楽しんで見ましょう！
その映画にかけた情熱に拍手ですよ。

個性的な俳優陣、ストーリーもより現実的で、非常に人間味あふれるイイ作品に仕上がっている。(^o^)v
近代兵器に人海戦術で挑むシーンは圧巻。撃っても撃っても次々と人が湧いて出てくるさまは、まさに終わりのない戦国時代。
ぜひ見てください！
『復活の日』の撮影で忙しい草刈正雄も出てきますよ(笑)

「近代兵器を使って戦国時代を戦ったらどうなるだろう？」というアイデアをストレートに物語化、それを豪華な役者陣、惜しみない物量で見事に映像化している。
圧倒的兵器による戦いは快楽原則を満たし、しかし自衛隊ですら一筋縄ではいかない戦国時代の厳しさや冷徹さは、ドラマとして胸を打つ。
半村良の原作は、うまく時代に溶け込み地域の発展に貢献、伝説として姿を消していくという、実は大人しい話なのだが、映画は時代に真っ向挑んで玉砕する壮絶な展開。
伊庭が時代錯誤的な熱血戦闘バカであったという伏線がもっと序盤に欲しかった気がするが、それぞれの青春群像も丹念に描いている。
挿入歌はともかく、ＢＧＭの古さはご愛敬。時代を代表する傑作。
