日本を代表する女性アーティストが参加したトリビュート・カヴァー企画。
夏全開のナイアガラ・サウンドのオリジナル盤とは趣向を変え、「女性」と「秋」をイメージしたアコースティックでジャジーなサウンドに。
ジャケットはオリジナルのイラストレーター永井博により、オリジナル盤をなぞった「秋」仕様の書き下ろしイラストを使用。

●初回限定盤のみ、REC風景やインタビュー、イメージカットを入れた特典DVD付。

ナイアガラフリークじゃなくても、オリジナル盤が好きで長く聴いてきた人なら、純粋に楽しめるアルバムではないかと思います。あくまで比較ではなく洒落として。というのが、実は最もナイアガラ的な楽しみ方と言えるのかも。
その最高峰が、演奏時間が最も短く、サウンド的にも最も軽い「FUN×4」でしょう。オリジナル盤とは逆、すなわち大滝詠一（今回、明確にクレジットはされていませんが）と太田裕美の入れ替わりが最高に面白かったです。

期待して予約までして購入しましたが、とても良くなかった。
女性シンガーは、それぞれ個人として魅力的ですが、大滝詠一の曲にほとんどがマッチしていない、
曲と歌手の選考をもっと練った方が良かったかもしれないです。
最初から、大好きな大貫妙子が曲に全くマッチしていません。
個人的には、「恋するカレン」の大貫妙子が聴きたかったです。
ガッカリしました。

大貫妙子以下の歌い手の個性が強い。
それが通しで聞いたときの一番の感想。
大瀧の素直な声が原曲なだけに、
癖のつよいヴォーカルの連続に少々疲れました。
アレンジなどは素敵で、1や5は耳を傾けてしまう。

お勧めは、２の金子マリと3の今井美樹。
今井美樹がすごい歌手だと改めて実感。
ゴージャスで開放感のあるヴォーカルは一聴の価値ありです。
