ジャケットの某配管工兄弟風味のキャラがコスモドライバー氏、
ネコミミ少女？がCosmo氏となっております。
両氏が作曲・編曲・歌唱を交代しながら作り上げた曲が収録されています。７曲目のみゲストボーカル。
初音ミクもちょびーっと出てきます。

表記上は１２曲ですし歌詞カードにも記載がありませんが、
１３番目に掛け合い漫才が収録されています。

ニコニコ動画でコスモドライバー氏・Cosmo氏の楽曲が気に入った方であればオススメできます。
どちらもやや癖のある楽曲を作られる上、今回かなりのお遊び・お祭り要素が入っておりますので、
よく知らない方には他作品の試聴なしにはオススメできませんが逆にどちらも知っていると
お互いのセンスが良い感じにミックスされており面白い１枚になっています。

１２曲目はニコニコ動画の予告動画であった歌で初音ミクの消失の編曲・歌詞変更版です。
全体的にあんまりいつものcosmo氏っぽくは無いですね。ヒゲドライバー氏のピコピコ系と合わさったカッコイイ曲調のものが多めです。

予告動画のはっちゃけっぷりに期待して買ったのでやや肩透かしでした。
個人的な好みで恐縮ですが評価は４とさせていただきます。
