個人の、好みもそれぞれ、これからもいろんな意見が出てくる事でしょう。

クラシックは好きだけれども、どこから手をつけたらよいのだろう…と思っています。よく。
だから、聴いてみたいな…と思っていた曲が幾つもあり、購入しました。

ロミオとジュリエットから、シチリアーナまでが、とても好きです。
シェヘラザード、モルダウ、アヴェマリア、シチリアーナの歌詞は、
その年齢で、あるいは何年も前に書かれていた…ということに驚きます。
旋律が美しく、切なさと、心地よさに包まれる感覚です。

彼女は独特の声を持っている人なので、その声で「あの曲も…」という気持ちにさせてくれます。
もちろん、オリジナルの曲にも力を入れてほしいし、頑張ってほしい。
カバーアルバムが流行する昨今、細かいことよりも、素晴らしい曲達の、
平原綾香の、入り口として、聴いてみてほしい。そんな１枚でした。

作曲家の書いたスコアをそのまま演奏しているのではないから『カバー』と言われてしまいますが、あちこちに原曲を尊重した旋律が採用されています。原曲で主軸となる楽器がしっかり使われていたり、いわゆるテクニカルな奏法が声で表現されていたり、聴くことが楽しくなります。曲に感動したら次は是非『歌詞』に注目してください。
