山際澄夫が「民主政権１００の不安」で民主党の政権担当能力に疑問を投げかけています。
政権交代の可能性がますます高まる中、私は鳩山由紀夫代表の掲げる「友愛の精神」に
不安を感じます。それは現代が国家間のサバイバルの時代だという認識があるからです。
外交・軍事・政治・経済、そして歴史問題。いったい隣国いや世界中でどこに、他国との
「友愛の精神」を旗印とした国があるのでしょうか。
どんな国もまさに文字通り国運を賭けての競争をしているというのに。
一見、バラバラに見える民主党の主張も「友愛の精神」から見ていくと、福祉ではバラマキで
あり、政治参加では定住他国人の尊重であり、防衛では理念なき反米であり、教育では日教組
的なものの復活というように読み解けるのかも知れません。
私は政権交代は民主主義政治には不可欠なものと考えますが、今の民主党にどこまで国家運営
を任せられるかは相当疑問です。今回の総選挙をきっかけに現実的理念と政策を持った党に生
まれ変わって欲しいと思います。
安倍元首相の国営放送の台湾報道批判は適切なものでしょう。できれば在任期間中にもっと
暴れて欲しかった気もしますが。
全体に総選挙を意識したタイムリーな記事が多く読み応えは充分です。

政権交代後読み直してみると、山際氏の「民主政権への１００の不安」がびしびしあたっているのに気づきます。

第１６番　民主党は反米政党か
　　　　　民主党はインド洋への自衛隊給油艦の派遣、米軍普天間飛行場の移設、在日米軍駐留経費の特別協定、在沖縄の米海兵隊のグアム移転協定など
　　　　　米国の要請にことごとく反対している。このため、米国の知日派からすら「反米政党」ではないかと指摘が聞こえてくる。
　　　　　＝＞反米的な鳩山論文が米国で大きく取り上げ問題化したのは御存じのとおり

第５４番　高速道路の「無料化」でいいのか
　　　　　高速道路の無料化については前原国土交通大臣が（大都市圏を除き）実施していく。と繰り返し発言しているが、世論調査では反対が大勢を占めている。
　　　　　＝＞マニフェストに書いて選挙で勝ったから必ず実行するというのは良くない。全てのマニフェストの項目を国民は賛成したわけではない。

第７７番　障害者自立支援法「対象者」の明確化
　　　　　長妻厚生労働大臣は障害福祉サービスの利用者に原則１割の負担を求める障害者自立支援法を廃止する方針を明らかにした。
　　　　　＝＞バラマキがさらに加速されている。どこからその財源を持ってくるのか。これだけ財政が苦しい中、各人に応益負担をしてもらう以外は困難だと思うが。
