BODER自体は最近のギルガメッシュらしいミクスチャー要素を多彩に取り込んだ曲。
良くも悪くも「普通」という印象。
MUSICの流れが色濃く感じられる曲。悪くはないですがそこまで特にお奨めする部分は無いかな、と。
ライヴで聞くと良さそうですが。

カップリングの睡蓮が気になり購入しましたが、個人的には睡蓮の方がギルガメッシュらしさを感じました。
睡蓮、すごく良いです。
最近あまり聞かなくなっていた「ギルガメッシュらしい」メロディラインを聞いた気が。
ミクスチャー要素が強いのに変わりはないですが、ギルガメッシュの強みであるキャッチーなメロディがすごく生かされていて良いです。
この曲はカップリングで終わらせてしまうのは勿体無いほど。
最近ガラっと方向転換したように思えていましたが、本質は変わってないんだな、と思わせてくれる1曲です。
個人的には、すごく懐かしくなったのと新たにギルガメッシュの可能性が見える曲でとても気に入っています。

BORDERは普通、睡蓮は星5個つけたいところなので間を取って星4つ。
