高中サウンド・・と言うか原点みたいな音、高中さん本人が大好きなダイナコンプ（かな？）めっちゃ効きの音で9割占めれているね。59年ストラトじゃなく最近のストラトを使ったのかな。「JOLYJIVE」「T-wave」みたいなサウンドを期待してる人には歪みの感じが物足りないかもしれないけど「夏」が溢れているアルバムだと。感じとしては「夏全開」と「TAKANAKA」が融合した感じかな。しっかしウニョ〜んエフェクトが好きだよね、この人。使い方のセンスが良いですね。決してギター上手すぎる人ではないけど作曲とそのイメージ伝達能力はまだまだ衰えていません。ってかパワーアップしてますよね。今年の冬にでも「真夏だぜっ！」みたいなの出して欲しいなあ・・。でもさ、宇宙人を入れるならガツンとくる歪みギターのかっこいい曲、2曲くらい入れて欲しかったかな。ま、聞いていて連想するのは「暑い夏」。一年通して夏を感じたい人にはずっと鳴らしていたいアルバムです。今後の期待を込めて星4つかな。

久しぶりの5年ぶりに新曲満載ＣＤがついにでました。
スライドギターやジオラマギターが取り沙汰されていた最近の高中さんですが、通して聞いてみると円熟の域に入った感じがとてもしています。
ひょっとすると昔の音を期待してはずされたと思う人がいるかもしれませんね。
一曲ごとに工夫されたリズムなどが、今まで進化した現在の高中ワールドとして受け止めて聞くと肩に力が入らない最高の夏ＣＤです。
日比谷コンサートのビデオなどクリップを足して出すともっと楽しいかもしれませんね。

一曲目から爽快なメロディーが流れ、パワフルな曲、まったり系の曲
があり、高中氏のお茶目な遊び心につい微笑んでしまう内容もあったり
暑さが２，３度下がるクールなアルバムだと思います。
この年代の名ギタリストさん達が最近頑張っていて嬉しいです。
