最初はただの歌い直しベストで軽くアレンジしてあるくらいでしょ?と思っていました。
でも初めてTVでWake Me Up!Re Trackを聴いて「あれ?いいかも!」と思い購入。 基本は原曲を壊さないようなアレンジになっています。
しかし要所要所にフェイクが入ってたり、2人の歌い方のアプローチがとても成長していて、すごく新鮮な気持ちで聴けました。

ブックレットの伊秩さんのメッセージ読んでこのアルバムに込めた思いがすごく納得できました。

Long Way Home、Wake Me Up!、Snow Kiss、Breakin'out〜、はトラック自体がかなりアレンジされていて、尚且つ中途半端じゃなくどれもかなりいいかんじです!
Long Way Homeはかなりかっこよくてびっくりしました。個人的に一番お気に入り。
Wake Me Up!のアレンジはこの時期車で聴きたくなる!キラキラしてて好きです。

やっぱり2人のユニゾンを聴くとSPEEDだ〜と実感しました!

想像以上に良アレンジで、成長したSPEEDがわかるこのアルバム、一度聴いてみたほうがいいです!

SPEEDの復活第1弾アルバム。
タイトルからもわかるとおりベストアルバムなのですが、全ての曲を録り直したというもので完全に現代風に洗練された名曲たち。
そしてSPEEDのボーカルも今の彼女達の等身大の声に生まれ変わっていました。
このアルバムは個人的にお気に入りですし、お勧めできる仕上がりです。

ベストアルバムという事で宣伝されていますが、やはりレコーディングし直していることもあり、元の曲とは感じが良い意味で変わっています。Remixと言われてしまえばそれまでかもしれませんが、当時と比べてメンバーの歌い方などがかなり変化しているので、新しい楽曲として楽しめると思いました。そのため、ベストはベストでも新しい曲として楽しめる要素が強いです。 このアルバムは、SPEEDのCDの中でも出来が良いと思いました。ぜひ聞いてみてください。
