メジャーデビュー後も、順調に活動を続ける真野恵里菜の３rdシングルで、こちらは「世界はサマー・パーティ」のライヴ・ヴァージョンＤＶＤ付きの初回盤Ｂ。

タイトル曲「世界は〜」は、軽快なシャッフル（三連譜）の楽曲で、歌詞には世界各国の観光名所が登場し、聴き終えるまでに世界旅行が楽しめる１曲。「ジャスミンティー」は、気品溢れるピアノのイントロから始まり、真野氏が清らかに歌い上げる美しい曲。真野氏のメイン・ヴォーカルを支える、バックの美しいコーラスも見逃せない。

特典ＤＶＤには、真野氏初のソロコンサートとなった０９年６月６日の中野（夜公演）より１曲収録。ハロプロエッグの４人を引き連れて歌を披露する光景は、ＰＶ等でお馴染みのだが、ライヴでは１曲の内で踊ったりピアノを弾いたりを交互に繰返すのでは無く、どちらかに専念して披露した方が良いのではないか。

今やHello!Projectの中でも、重要な柱の１人となった真野恵里菜。真野氏の歌唱・表現力には、まだ改善の余地はあるが、そんな話とは別次元の人を引き付ける何かが真野氏にはある。
透明感と気品を失わず、これからもプロとして成長し、輝き続けて貰いたい。

整った顔立ち、それに騙されてはいけません。
彼女のＣＤを買ったのですが、一曲目と半ばで、わたしは聴くのを止めた。
これはプロとして巧いのではなく、素人として巧いのだと気付いたからだ。
表紙の可愛い写真だけを集めるには良いけれど、菊には適していない。駄目な歌手だ。黒木メイサの方がよっぽどいい。

真野ちゃんのシングルで一番良いね〜。
真野ちゃんのイメージにぴったり!
これで「イェーイ」と「レッツゴー」のコーラスがなければ言うことなしなんだが。 やっは゜り「イェーイ」は聞いてて恥ずかしい(苦笑)
この曲聞いたら真野ちゃんに「マジで恋する5秒前!」
