メジャーデビュー後も、順調に活動を続ける真野恵里菜の３rdシングルで、こちらは「世界はサマー・パーティ」Piano VerのＤＶＤ付き初回盤Ａ。

タイトル曲「世界は〜」は、軽快なシャッフル（三連譜）の楽曲で、歌詞には世界各国の観光名所が登場し、聴き終えるまでに世界旅行が楽しめる１曲。「ジャスミンティー」は、気品溢れるピアノのイントロから始まり、真野氏が清らかに歌い上げる美しい曲。真野氏のメイン・ヴォーカルを支える、バックの美しいコーラスも見逃せない。

特典ＤＶＤには「世界は〜」のＰＶで使われている、真野氏がピアノを弾きながら歌うショットのフル・ヴァージョン。歌っているスタジオのセットは、部屋をコンセプトに作られている・・・はずである。

今やHello!Projectの中でも、重要な柱の１人となった真野恵里菜。真野氏の歌唱・表現力には、まだ改善の余地はあるが、そんな話とは別次元の人を引き付ける何かが真野氏にはある。
透明感と気品を失わず、これからもプロとして成長し、輝き続けて貰いたい。

　順調にメジャーデビューを飾り、まのえりは本曲でいよいよその路線を確定したといえよう。とにかく明朗快活、さわやかな風が吹いてくるが感じられそうな曲と歌詞だ。
　世界地図か地球儀を手元に置いて、時間と空間の広がりをなんともせずに、遊び心で駆け巡る。太平洋もエベレストもなんのその、若いまのえりにはなんでもない。
　イントロからしてなんだかワクワクしてくる。作曲はなんとKANだそうだ。

はじめての経験イベントで、初めて聞きました！　
今回も、ノリノリの元気な曲で、基本的にはダンスがメインです。　
限定盤Ａ，ＢにＤＶＤが付く事から・・・ＰＶのバージョン違いかな？と、思われます。　もしかしたら、ダンスバージョンとピアノバージョンではないかと・・・
