哀愁と神秘のメロディーを特徴とする作曲家：梶浦 由記（かじうら ゆき）。彼女が設立した「人数流動」のユニット：Kalafina（カラフィナ）。5th. Single「ストーリア」の通常盤がこれ。

NHKの教養番組「歴史秘話ヒストリア」のテーマ曲：ヴォーカル・ヴァージョンで、番組でも流れたことがある。神秘的で華麗な主旋律は、一度聴いたら忘れない、魅力のあるものに仕上がっている。

曲が先に出来たこともあり、ややメロディー先行の曲。詞は感性で聴くというか、ちょっと不思議な言葉で綴られている。非日常の空間に憧れる人は、是非。
