信頼できる人がオススメしていたので、
うさんくささを感じながらも購入。

しかしＯリングテストしても前屈しても反応なし。
(自分はもともと精度が悪いですが…)

つけてもよくわからず、「買って損した」の心境に。

しかし１時間ほどつけていると、
なんだか呼吸するのが楽な気がしてきた。
体が緩み、リラックスしているような感覚。。

さらに１時間もしないうちに急激に眠くなり、
ソファで３時間ほど眠ってしまったのですが…

驚くことに、おそろしいほどの熟睡！！！
いつものソファが、ワンランク上の上質なソファに変わったかのような眠り心地。

眠りが深いってこういうことか、と思いました。
逆に、自分はいつも浅い睡眠だったんだな、と。

さらに、ソファで寝るといつも首と腰が痛くなるのに、まったくの無痛。

これは本物かも…
