「梅沢由香里のやさしい囲碁（ＰＳＰ）」や前作の「銀星囲碁ＤＳ」をやったことがあるのですが、このソフトが棋力が一番強いです。上の２作は棋力を初級レベルで１０回ほど挑むとその後はほぼ勝てるくらいにまでなりますが、このソフトでおいては、１０回挑んでも負けることのほうが多いです。（ちなみに私は自分の棋力が分からないほど弱いです。）
このソフトの内容を説明すると、通常のＣＰＵとの対局するモードがあるのですが、ＣＰＵの棋風、戦法が選べます。
・棋風：一般型、勢力型、実利型
・戦法（こちらが白・互先のみ選択可）：一般型、三連星、小林流、中国流、ミニ中国流
棋風の一般型と勢力型の違いは分かりませんでしたが、実利型に関しては、確かにこちらの邪魔をしつつ、自分の地を確実に確保していく打ち方をしているのが分かりました。
また、二人で対局することも出来ます。
・一台のＤＳで交互に操作
・通信対局（ダウンロード）
また、手筋や詰碁もあります。
囲碁を始めたばかりの人にとっては、強すぎるうえ、入門的な解説はないのでそういう人には不向きかと思います。私のように、今までの携帯ゲーム機の囲碁では物足りない人にはオススメです。
